It was considered one of the largest farms in the region.<\/p>\n<p>The region became known for having fertile lands, with lots of water, streams and streams. In the eighteenth century it was one of the main centers for travelers and route to the city of Vila Rica, now Ouro Preto.<\/p>\n<p>Fazenda da Ch\u00e1cara occupies today an area of 126 hectares, all in the Atlantic Forest, keeping only the roads and trails to appreciate the natural beauty.
